Practise Schedule

We are presently out of our studio working on new initiatives and not taking group practice.

We are however in the interim still performing Shiatsu Massage Therapy & Private/ Personal Practice and will keep you posted as we move forward with our new initiatives.

Flowing Movement

Shen 9 Shiatsu Yoga - Flowing movement guided by Shiatsu philosophy and designed with the intention of building a strong structure through the development of softness.

Class Structure

Our form is designed to accommodate beginner through to intermediate practice.
For your comfort and safety, practice is limited to 8 participants at adults practice and 6 participants at children's practice making appointments essential.

Todd Stollznow is an accredited Yoga Teacher and member of the "Yoga Teachers Association of Australia."
